You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase. The 14-day window starts on the day you receive the order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy.

Once the refund is approved on Lemon Squeezy's side, the funds are released back to your original payment method. Bank processing usually takes:
Your license key is deactivated. The plugin keeps working for a short grace period (typically 7 days) before AI features are disabled. You can re-purchase later if your needs change.
Refunds beyond 14 days are at our sole discretion. We will consider partial refunds in exceptional cases (e.g., the plugin became unusable due to a compatibility issue we cannot fix). Contact us — we are reasonable.
For automatic license renewals (currently $33/year), the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the renewal date. To stop renewals, log in to customer.lemonsqueezy.com and cancel — at any time, no fee.
For EU buyers: digital downloads typically waive the 14-day cooling-off right (Art. 16 m of Directive 2011/83/EU) once the download starts. However, our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily on top of this — you keep the protection regardless of EU consumer law nuances. We err on the side of the customer.
